Setting up is simple. Download the TAPSTER app, connect your wearable via NFC, and follow the on-screen instructions to link your supported debit or credit card securely.
Is my wearable water-resistant?
Yes, all TAPSTER wearables are IP68 rated, meaning they are fully dust-proof and water-resistant for swimming and daily use. We do not recommend using them in high-pressure water environments like scuba diving.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. International orders can take between 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. If you experience a technical defect, our 12-month warranty covers repairs or replacements.
