At TAPSTER Wearables, we want you to be fully satisfied with your smart technology; if your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging with all charging cables and accessories included for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your TAPSTER account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Wearable

  Perform a factory reset to clear your personal data and pack the device securely in its original box along with the provided RMA slip.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
